If you played with your ram setting reset them to stock and reset... gigaybyte and their motherboards don't like high ram settings as of yet.
Try resetting your ram as well, this might be the issue. move the dimms around.
Also update your bois
Then run off windows disk and repair your windows... might be boot file missing.
I would also run a sfc /scanow
