If you played with your ram setting reset them to stock and reset... gigaybyte and their motherboards don't like high ram settings as of yet.

Try resetting your ram as well, this might be the issue. move the dimms around.

Also update your bois

Then run off windows disk and repair your windows... might be boot file missing.

I would also run a sfc /scanow

Ok ran the verifier again and this time I know I got it for sure. Not sure what happened with the last.
Did the verifier, restarted and it crashed pretty instantly while starting up and gave me the BSOD. Collected the data. Had to do a system restore to make it back onto the computer because it needed repairs.

I looked into the Dump file its pointing to CI.dll (Code Integrity) which is a core Windows component.

Code Integrity (CI) protects Windows Vista / 7 by verifying that system binaries haven’t been tampered with by malicious code and by ensuring that there are no unsigned drivers running in kernel mode on the system. CI starts as Windows starts up. The boot loader checks the integrity of the kernel, the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL), and the boot-start drivers. After these binaries have been verified, the system starts and the memory manager calls CI to verify any binaries that are loaded into the kernel’s memory space. The binaries are verified by looking up their signatures in the system catalogs. Aside from the kernel memory space, CI verifies binaries loaded into a protected process and system installed dynamic libraries that implement core cryptographic functions. (Info by Ed Bott)

What virus protection are you using ?? Because i did a search on this some of them showed up as if it might be an infection. These what you can try.

Download Malwarebytes and Run a Complete Scan.
Reboot the System in Selective Startup
Uninstall any recent software you have installed
Run the HD Diagnostic
Also Download the CCleaner and run it

Post us back the results

I already ran sfc/ scannow, no errors

My ram should be at stock settings as I haven't fiddled with them at all. (I will give the dimms a go but I need instruction on that, not sure where to go)

I'm not really certain what to download as far as updates for this on 64bit?
GA-EP45-UD3P (rev. 1.1) - GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - BIOS

I ran Malware and it did find malicious files. Apparently my gf downloaded WYEKE. Malware isolated the files and deleted them. I also physically deleted some related folders.
I can't get Malware to perform a full system scan though and finish without it freezing/crashing. I don't know what would cause this.
(edit)Finally got the full system scan to work. No more malicious files are on the comp.

Selective Startup doesn't seem to be working? I'll keep trying

HD Diagnostic says my HD is completely fine, no errors.

Ran CCleaner.

I'm still getting bsod's after all of this.

I turned all my selective startup items off and I'm still crashing.

I'm running a benchmark game (Shattered Horizon) and it can't even run the game.
I even put in a Geforce GTS 250 instead of my Geforce GTX 275 and I still had problems.

I've scanned each part, ram, harddrive, software(malware, avg, spybot, ccleaner etc). Tested with different cards, even with a stock PCI card it crashed at a tech place.
I've updated everything I can for my mobo, chipset and so on

I'm left feeling like it's compatibility issues with all of my parts and I need advice on how to check which part isn't compatible with which so I can replace it. Are there any programs I can use or is there anyone here that can look at the parts I have and tell me what the issue might be?
Thank you guys for all the help you've given so far, it's been incredibly useful to narrow this down so far.
