the removal tool did not open, and a blue screen came up, this one said something about drivers

do you think there might be something wrong with the hardware in this computer that cannot be fixed here? it comes with a 90 day warranty...should i consider sending it back for repair?

That's very strange; I've never heard of anything like that.

I don't think it's a hardware issue, but it's always a possibility. if not Norton, then I'm thinking that it's a problem with the other thing I posted, iaStor.sys - I believe it's an Intel storage driver. Download and install the latest chipset driver from your manufacturer's website. Let us know how it goes.
