    Hello Welcome to SF,

I guess issues is with you Network adpator i.e. Intel® Wireless WiFi Link Adapter Driver(netw5v64.sys). Uninstall the current driver and download a freash copy from the vendor's website and NOT from Windows update. If your Overclocking please stop. Make sure your BIOS have the latest firmware. If you using any Antivirus or Firewall uninstall it and see whether that makes any difference.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Drivers to be updated

    Code:
    TVALZ_O.SYS Fri Nov 09 08:38:41 2007
    SynTP.sys Fri Dec 07 07:12:03 2007
    rixdpx64.sys Sat Nov 18 09:37:46 2006
    Bugcheck Analysis

    Code:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
        bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002df1477, address which referenced memory
