Does it get the BSOD every time that it reboots? If not, then I'd just wait to see if it BSOD's again.

The memory dump seems to point to either a networking issue or a compatibility issue (because of hal.dll and tdx.sys in the stack text) - both of which could be seen in relation to printer drivers.

But, you do have some outdated drivers on your system (and they could be causing compatibility issues). Please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

Here's the older drivers. Please pay particular attention to any dated 2007 or earlier:
    Code:
    AODDriver.sys Mon Oct 13 00:42:32 2008 - AMD Overdrive; also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboard - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#AODDriver.sys
    GVTDrv.sys Wed Nov 23 04:00:18 2005 - Gigabyte EasyTune6 driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#GVTDrv.sys
    MobiCap.sys Mon Apr 02 02:56:40 2007 - fix8 Virtual Webcam - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#MobiCap.sys
    PROCEXP113.SYS Mon Nov 03 16:14:13 2008 - SysInternals Process Explorer driver - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#PROCEXP113.SYS
    wdcsam.sys Wed Apr 16 04:27:02 2008 - Western Digital External Drive RAID Manager - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#wdcsam.sys
WinRing0.sys Sat Jul 26 09:25:10 2008 - many different programs that center around the using of the WinRing libraries - http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.html#WinRing0.sys
