Let me know what i can do.

I will admit I am stumped on this one.
Looking at that dates of your drivers, I see some old ones.
The fact that drivers from 2006, 2007, and 2008 remain tells me you did an upgrade from Vista, possibly even from XP, as Vista was released in 2007.Code:fffff880`027dd000 fffff880`027e1280 mdmxsdk mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 17:27:26 2006 (449716BE) fffff880`02ab5000 fffff880`02ac0000 secdrv secdrv.SYS Wed Sep 13 09:18:38 2006 (4508052E) fffff880`02aff000 fffff880`02b07000 xaudio64 xaudio64.sys Tue Jul 10 17:28:14 2007 (4693F9EE) fffff880`03d4b000 fffff880`03daed80 nvm62x64 nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 17:01:06 2008 (48F8FD12) fffff880`03ef9000 fffff880`03f32000 CHDRT64 CHDRT64.sys Mon Mar 03 15:11:26 2008 (47CC5B6E) fffff880`03f97000 fffff880`03fea000 CAXHWAZL CAXHWAZL.sys Wed Jun 20 15:30:16 2007 (46798048) fffff880`04820000 fffff880`04877000 rixdpx64 rixdpx64.sys Fri Nov 17 23:07:46 2006 (455E8712) fffff880`05235000 fffff880`053a7000 CAX_DPV CAX_DPV.sys Wed Jun 20 15:32:53 2007 (467980E5) fffff880`05653000 fffff880`0571e000 CAX_CNXT CAX_CNXT.sys Wed Jun 20 15:29:12 2007 (46798008)
I suggest a clean install at this point.
i've done a clean install twice before i started talking on this forum.......
haha i have no idea what to do
Hi.
After 3 weeks and four pages, I'd have thought somebody might have asked you to fill in your System Specs by now.
Did you visit your PC/Laptops manufacturers support pages to see if there are newer drivers, bios updates etc before or after installing Windows 7? I assume you won't have run the Upgrade Advisor Tool either?

How do you have drivers from 2006? That was before Vista was released.
Did you use backup software before you clean installed? If so, when you restored, it restored the old drivers, and the problems with it.
I recommend manually backing up your important files, like music and pictures.
Then do a clean install. You will need to reinstall all of your programs.
After talking with zigzag3143, I recommend Driver Verifier. See this tutorial: Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers
Be sure to observe all cautions. Make sure you have a backup and a Windows 7 DVD or USB key.
Just a heads-up, that will almost certainly cause a BSOD. Upload that for analysis.
