Can Someone Please Help Me?

There is no Video driver under the device manager. I looked in Sound Video and game controllers and its not there?

Where do i go to locate the video driver to uninstall? Sorry for all the problems...i really don't know whats going on

I uninstall and updated the video driver software ANNNNDDDDDDDDDDDDD.....more blue screens haha..

To be honest, I think the first driver that I got when installing a fresh install of Windows 7 64bit was more stable than the one I installed afterwards. I don't know really but if my problem is not solved before the weekend I'll do a new fresh install and I'll leave my video drivers and see if they work better than the newest ones. Atm I only have Msn installed and was currently installing a game which required internet connection to download and it would take all night so I let it run but I woke up with the message it had crashed etc.

So I don't know but as you said, I got more bluescreens after updating the video driver.

Edit: I think I even read that some version(s) of the drivers for nvidia cards actually was unstable and caused them to crash, heat up or something. Don't know if that is true but I've heard some about it. And my brother keeps having problems with his GeForce 280 GT. His drivers crashes in the middle of a game so the screen turns black and stuff like that.

I'd like full system information, please. Download these two files -

1. http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

2. BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.57_jcgriff2_.exe

Save both to Documents folder.

RIGHT-click on BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.57_jcgriff2.exe file, select "Run as Administrator". It may take up to 10 minutes to run. If EULA appears for SysInternals AutoRuns - ACCEPT. Allow the EXE to complete.

When finished, Windows Explorer will open and the folder Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2 will be hi-lighted. RIGHT-click on it, select "Send To", select "Compressed (zipped) Folder".

Look for Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2.zip

Upload it and attach to your next post.
