    Another delightful BSOD

    Hi

This morning I had 4 of these in a row. I did have 3 occurrences a few weeks back and followed your instructions to the letter which seems to have fixed it until today.

I have attached the first 2 dmp files which hopefully you will be able to look at for me and advise.

There is one other component that may be significant. On all occasions I have been running uTorrent when the BSOD occurred. There are a few threads about BSOd and uTorrent in this forum. One contributer suggested downloading files singly to try to determine if there is a specific file causing the problem - I have done this and stopped one large file and haven't had BSOD for 30 mins.

It could simply be coincidence of course.

I am running a Packard Bell PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

Is there any other info that you need?

    Many many thanks

    George

Both look like they were caused by your Realtek driver Rt64win7.sys.

I would recommend updating your network card drivers in Device Manager.

    Here is the analysis:

    Hi Jonathan

Thanks for your quick response. I thought I had updated the Realtek drivers after the last BSOD.

At the risk of pushing my luck -could you help me a bit more and tell me what exactly I should be looking for - the Realtek download site isn't very helpful.

    Many thanks

    George
