bsod on just about everything

hey there. i get a bsod of death when i try to encode any video, or play a flash game online for more than a few minutes, but the big kicker is it is also when i play any game. I have every driver up to date i believe. including video, bios and maybe the chipset. im not sure where to find what chipset i have. i ran a check on the memory that passed. anyone know something and can maybe fill me in on something im missing?

Also when i try to view the minidump it tells me access denied and wont let me copy or move to a zip or even upload it.

i should also add that i tried the whole copy to the desktop thing and still access denied.

nvm. it worked today. here it is.

tried the amd time stamp optimiser. didnt help much. though it did fail at modifying the boot.ini even with elevated privilidges. and the whocrashed analysis said that it might be the boot ini, but it could be other drivers.
