When installing various programs I get this (*cough*iTunes*cough*). Any suggestions?

Ensure that you're installing the 64 bit version of iTunes?

Yes, I am. I made sure of that. But then I went and tried to install the 32-bit (just to see what happened) and I got the same exact error. lol. So I also tried installing iTunes through the Apple Software Updater, and get the same error.

ok, I'm having this same problem with PhotoPlusX3 Digital Studio as well. Any ideas at all?
