    Random BSOD and game lockup...

I cant seem to figure out windbg... so i figured i'd try to ask for some help troubleshooting. I just built a new desktop. Asus P7P55D; Intel i7 870; Asus GeForce GTS 250; 2x2GB corsair DDR3 PC10666; Kingwin 1000W modular psu. I've been getting random BSOD's 0x19, 0x1A, and 0x3B. It worked fine for the first day I had it put together then out of nowhere it started failing... I've attached as many dump files as I have any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Hi and welcome

You have several causes of these crashes but they all relate to memory.

I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes. it will take a long time but is necessary to find memory problems or to see if heat is an issue.

    If you are overclocking Stop

I would also run a system file check to verify your system files
type cmd ins search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    Let us know the results

so! I ran memtest-86 for almost 16 hours straight it made 12 passes with no errors... I really haven't had much time to review the results of the system file check because i was out of town for work all week but i think there might be some answers in there... any suggestions on how to find and repair any issues that may turn up in the sfc log?

another new development... I may have fixed the random blue screens outside of gaming by lowering the voltage on my ram back to 1.6v however I just tried to run grooveshark yesterday and my pc crashed exactly like it does in game which looks like someone sneezed pixels all over the screen and it of course locks up except this time since I was running chrome not a full screen game I was able to see the stop code of 0x116 so I reboot, update the display driver direct from nvidia reboot and try WoW still the same crash reboot and try grooveshark still the same crash and stop code... is it possible that maybe my gpu is not getting enough power to function under load? and is there some sort of test I can do to test some of my hardware other than my ram?

There have been reported failings with the Nvidia Drivers...
Official NVIDIA Forceware 196.21 display driver Feedback Thread - NVIDIA Forums

But before you go that route I read in WoW (mmo-champion blue post) that the drivers 196.75 were culprit with not turning your GPU fan on and to install the 196.21 ones, which are the ones people are whinging about in the above thread.

I installed Win7 32bit and let it update and install the drivers(196.2) for my video card which is a 9800GT and on my hubby's he got a engts250 video card.

We have had no problems at all using the 196.21 windows updated Nvidia drivers.
