    Here's what I found.

All 4 memory slots are all ok.
Dual Ch & Single Ch mode both result in BSODs (both 32/64-bit OS)

Solo test results in one of my 2GB RAM being faulty.
    Symtoms:
Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, Windows Apps usually crashed, OS takes long time to start up, Screen flashing.

But When I used the other one of my 2GB RAM
All of these symtoms above will suddenly disappear... not a single BSOD and problem in normal operation in 10 days test including update, shutdown, Hibernation, Standby and Restart everyday.

One thing I surprised is Memtest86+ couldn't find any errors at all (20 Passes without any errors in both sticks, Solo and Twin-Dual/Single mode).

and I managed to replicate the errors by switching back and forth between my two sticks which resulted in symtoms persisting with the same one of my two sticks in every same slots on mobos.

Hence this is why both Dual and single mode still causes problems
    on both 32/64-bit OS.

    What about this?
but when I used only one stick at a time on any slot and with any stick , my system works fine 100% determined from ocurring-bsod status that suddenly disapeared when I used only one stick.
I found this was true but Only a short period of time like few days.

My conclusion here is BAD MEMORY STICK..
I will go talk to my dealer for a replacement warranty and see if this is fix or not.
    I welcome any suggestion.
