Windows 7 x64 Crashed BSOD Help please!

Hello everyone, This is my first time in the forum nice to meet you all.
I just bought new PC which I build it myself.
in order to get you to see the whole picture
I need you to hear the story behind this BSOD issue problem which I am not sure that is it related to each other or not. So bare with me...

    History:
Right after the test in the shop. My new PC just couldn't startup at all and after 3 Hrs of inspecting the technician there told me that it was because BAD Memory so they changed them and my new PC started up fine.

I brought it home to setting up OS myself like I always did with any new computer that I own in the past.
But It kept said "Windows source File Corrupted" after my inspecting I found that DVD-RW was malfunction and I went to claim it at the shop in the next day and got through the setup 100% fine.

After couple of days my PC started gave me some random BSOD.
    It said Win32.sys Error.
So I decided to perform a clean install again and the problems gone.

After 7 Days of using it I am in loved with its very speed and performance
but then all hells broken lose. One day my OS told me that "App.dll Error".
So I went Google and got some Windows Registry Repair Program (ASO).
But It didn't do any good. So I did try some Registry optimization within that program and It just went BSOD Again! Goshhh Couldn't recover, restore, repair.
I decided to do a clean install once again... but this time I updated most of my internal hardware drivers including BIOs.

After that they were no BSOD issues til' today. I ran Windows Experience Index and It gave me a BSOD while Indexing procedure was nearly complete (Determining Disk Performance, I think.) that was just as frustrated as I am right now

So I came directly here hoping someone can help me determine the root cause of all or some of these Godforsaken BSOD.

and while I typing here It gave me another BSOD again. Man this is unbareable!
now it passed 40mins after that BSOD.
Hopefully there won't be another one....soon.

I uploaded some dump files for you to perform an analysis too.
    Please Help me.

OS: MS Windows 7 Ultimate x64

    PC Spec
    Intel Core i3 530 @2.9GHz
    Kingston DDR3 1333MHz 4GB (2x2)
    Nvidia Geforce GTS250 DDR3 1GB
    ASUS P7P55D Motherboard
    Western Digital Green 1.0TB 7200rpm SATAII (WD10EARS SATA/64MB Cache)
    LG DVD-RW 22X

    Thanks.

both .dmp files come back with BugCheck 19 BAD_POOL_HEADER win32k.sys

this is very likely to be RAM

for RAM info download and run CPU-Z select the memory and speed tabs then post screenshots here plz

do you have the latest BIOS version for your motherboard ?

burn to CD (using an ISO burner) & run from boot memtest86+ for at least 5 passes ?

DO NOT do anything that might void your warranty as I think it's likely you may need to take this back to the builder at some point

burn to CD (using an ISO burner) & run from boot memtest86+ for at least 5 passes ?
    Memtest86+ Result
    19 Passes without any Error.
    Is it really Memory issue?
    Any Ideas?

Ps. It gaves me another BSOD again, designated as "Win32k.sys Error"
though not as often as the first time in the past.

If software is involved here, the driver verifier may help flush out a rogue driver(s).

Run the driver verifier --> Tech Support Forum - View Single Post - Windows Has Recovered From Unexpected Shutdown - Blue Screen of Death - BSOD

Let it run for 24 hours minimum - you can still use the system, but may experience peroformance degredation while verifier is running.

In the interim, please run msinfo32 - save as NFO file -
START | msinfo32 | save w/ default NFO file ext

Zip it up and attach to next post.

I ran Driver Verifier accordingly as you told me.
and WOW... It sure gaves me BSOD just after few mins I ran it and everytime I restart my PC.
after I got in Windows my utorrent crashed, Home network seems to slow down
and "I just could not find any DUMP file in minidump folder!"

Do I have to enable something somewhere? If so please tell me how.
and I uploaded file saved from msinfo32 as you requested.

Ps.I am currently using my Main terminal Quad Core.
So I can keep you update more effectively.

    Thanks!

    Oh and another thing.
I had this problem trying to restore my Windows using the System Restore.
It usually ended up in black screen after I restarted my PC with my pointer in the screen and it can be moved. I had to run in Safe mode and restart the PC and the black screen gone.

Lately I've been restart and doing some restore. I found that the problem with that black screen was gone but replaced by another problem.

When I manually creating a system restore point, It usually falied.
I had to tried a few time before this succeed.

After I restored my PC, It usually falied. It said "System restore falied due to power faliure or system failure"

Just wanna tell ya. May be this could be some hint pointed to something?

for now try removing roxio burner software Sonic
    PxHlpa64.sys fffff880`0104e000 fffff880`01059ae0 0x0000bae0 0x475dd06d 10/12/2007 23:49:01
    seehcri.sys fffff880`04000000 fffff880`0400c000 0x0000c000 0x478488bf 09/01/2008 08:41:35
    adfs.SYS fffff880`05a00000 fffff880`05a18000 0x00018000 0x48640195 26/06/2008 20:52:37
seehcri.sys seems to be something to do with the Sony Ericsson PC Suite and It's very likely it isn't compatible ?
If you have trouble removing it you may need to use Autoruns for Windows

let us know how it goes :)
