    Uh, oh, Me again =)


    Hi,
    Ok, i used the custom install opton, and it works, =) , until i install updates, then i get BSOD's, its all the updates that cause this.

    Um, ok, it counts up in lots of 15 rapidly, stays up for about 5 secs, and an error code that looks like this 0X000FFFF roughly.

    If you are certain it is an update, can you boot into safe mode and remove the latest ones? It might be something like a video driver or possibly something else.

    Can you restore back before the updates?

    Are you applying critical? Important? Optional updates? My guess would be you did optional and included a driver for some piece of hardware.

    I can restore before, and they are important windows updates

    If restoring works, make sure you set Windows Update to let you check them before they are installed. You can then allow certain ones or one at a time to determine which one might be causing the problem.

    You can also separate Important and Optional updates so you can choose.

    I do them in lots of six and when i get to the lot form Jan And Feb 2010, it screws all the updates
