Windows 7 Home Premium

Seems to have done the trick! I removed that MyLockbox program and Malwarebytes found 1 infected item. Rebooted and my steps to recreate didn't cause BSOD this time. Big thanks to the Captain and Iggy, I'm very impressed with your willingness to help out!
