OK.. If its Firefox then Right Click on the Downloads there you have something called "Open File Location" It then open the folder where it has downloaded. Then go ahead and Right click and Run as administrator. If that failed the Turn off UAC. Follow this Tutorial User Account Control - UAC - Change Notification Settings and change the settings to Never Notify. Make sure you reboot the System after that.

    Good Luck,

You upload the DMP files and bump 14 mins later? Not good form for next time. Anyway these are pretty straight forward. Memory.

You should download memtestx86 and run for 5 passes.

I guess the problem is with your Memory.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
    Drivers to be Updated

    Code:

    nvm62x64.sys Sat Oct 18 02:31:06 2008
    ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 08:00:36 2005
I'm attaching the Driver for ASACPI.sys download it and apply it.

    Attachment 61453

    Hope this helps,
    Captain
