Windows 7: Random BSoDs driving me Crazy!

Random BSoDs driving me Crazy!

Error codes are usually

Occasionally I will also have the failing system file shown to be atikmdag.sys or atipmdag.sys, related to my graphics card, however I removed my gpu and its drivers and ran on integrated but the other error codes continued to persist.
Sometime sit is also NTFS.SYS (I know it is not the HDD as I have tried with 2 different ones)

Hardware wise, I have eliminated everything apart from the CPU (and I do mean everything)
In terms of software I have tried with different OSes, (XP, Vista, 7, Ubuntu, Fedora)
Now I have heard that CPU failure is very uncommon, and that if my CPU really went it would not even boot up normally.
memtest shows me errors on my RAM which I know for sure is good (3 different ram sticks can't all be bad) I have heard that problems with CPU cache can cause memtest to show errors with RAM.
BSODs will happen randomly, but more frequenbtly running a heavy app like a game.

Any ideas? apart from buying a new CPU?

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 GHz ( never OCed)
ASROCK G31M-S mobo (brand new)

First, have you tried testing each stick of RAM individually? Be sure to use the same slot every time.

It could be you have a bad slot on your motherboard.

Otherwise, could you please upload your dmps for analysis?

I suspect either your memory timings are wrong, or you have a bad slot on your motherboard.

Look up the data for your RAM and make sure everything is set right.

OK, I was looking at the Timings Table for my RAM in the SPD tab of CPU-Z
the timings being 400/5-5-5-18-23.
Now this is strange to me as in the chipset settings in the BIOS the tRAS only goes up to 18 and tRC (the last number) is not listed at all.
Could this may be why my computer is extremely unstable with BSoDs left and right?
I'm a bit ofa noob at this so I don't know.
