APPCRASH & BSOD w/ all games

Hi, i'm getting APPCRASH reports and sometimes even BSOD's within 30m-6h.
I got a clean install with windows 7 and the hardware is a few months old.
I suspect the problem to be the memory banks or maybe even my weight in gold videocard lol.
I can run everything on ultra settings with good fps and very low but none does mather.

This is what the BSOD report says:

After intensive googling, i have came to the conclusion after experiencing yet another three blue screens that my graphics card is probaly broken because i get the 0x0000003b error and maybe sometimes 0x0000007e error but 3b the most.
I did a memory diagnostic scan and it passed like 3 times but one time after boot after leaving it 5 minuts i got a little window with in it that i might have memory problems but the other times it came out clean.
Does this have to be the DDR3 1333mhz 6 lat. 6gb GEil memory sticks or could it also be the internal memory of the graphic card i have my doubts about the memory sticks beeing broken they are new and always did their job perfectly fine but the graphic card is getting worse on the other hand hand horizontal lines going vertical sometimes and maybe once a day now that i get a like a flashing screen to black for 1-4 seconds sometimes returning to normal and leaving the game in a blank window and sometimes turning to a blue screen excluding the blue screens i'm having with it.
When i get my brake i will get home to download my dumpfile from home.
