    Thumbnail view not working properly


    Can someone tell me why I get this when I hover over Icon to get thumbnail? It dosn't show the open window . Only that busy thingy.

Whats going on? I can see a thumbnail image for some mp4 files, but not for some other mp4 files. I have cleared and rebuilt the cash, but no change. using K-Lite codec pack x64.
