Since you have updated the bios to the most current available, it wouldn't be a bad idea to make sure that nothing has changed from what is specified in your motherboard manual. I am assuming that your bios is auto-configured and that you are not overclocking anything or changing any of the other settings. Am i correct?

Bios updates for your motherboard are occurring every few weeks. Maybe someday they will get it right.

Ok, sorry it has been so long but I have been very busy with work recently and haven't been able to do much with my computer.
So I download Memtest86+ version 4.00 and burned it onto a cd and I am in the process of running it right now and during the first pass it has come up with 274,176 errors. Is that right/possible or am I doing something wrong?
If that is right could all of these errors have stemmed from bad ram, I was sure that it was the video card.
I also noticed when I was running the test that it listed my ram as 1333 even though it is 1600 but when I went into the bios utilities to change it there was no option to change it.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
According to the your motherboard manual you are overclocking your memory at 1600 Mhz.

You have to make sure that the bios is properly detecting the timings and voltages for the ram chips. If not, you have to change the values.

Run CPU-Z to find out what the bios is detecting for timings and voltages.

If so, it is fully qualified for your motherboard. As such, you may want to additionally post at the G-Skill forum to take advantage of their expertise regarding the intricacies of fiddling with the timings and voltage.

Here are the results from cpu-z
Dram frequency- 666.7 MHz
FSBDram- 3:10
Cas# Latency (CL)- 9.0 Clocks
Ras# to Cas# Delay (TRCD)- 9 clocks
RAS# Precharge (Trp)- 9 clocks
Cycle time (tRas)- 24 clocks
Bank Cycle time (tRc)- 33 clocks
Command Rate (cr)- 1t
The voltages were also all at 1.5v
Then the bios is detecting the timings correctly.

I would still post over there as they are more familiar with this sort of thing than me. Maybe they can tweak some things in your bios to get the ram working properly.
