this is a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124) take a look here Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

these drivers are old and need updating

I suggest remove RivaTuner then for LHidFilt.Sys , LMouFilt.Sys and LUsbFilt.Sys are Logitech SetPoint(TM) , Logitech HID Filter Drivers so try and find the latest versions for this as USBPORT is mentioned at the end of the stack ?
