Keeps blinking on Please Wait in Log In Screen

I can log in normally in safe mode but during normal mode I dont know why but it will just stop me on Please Wait. The monitor will keep blinking over and over again.Blinking means that it will black everything then still the Please Wait with the loading image keeps on repeating. Also my Num Lock lights after the blink. . I remember i think turning of my pc immediately i mean turning of the avr then after that the blinking occurs. . I dont know what are the process running that time.

Since you can boot just fine into safe mode, the issue is probably being caused by a third party software/driver. Do the following to isolate the issue:

    1. Click Start, type "MSCONFIG" (without the quotes) in the Search Bar and hit "Enter".
    2. In the window that pops up, click the "Services" tab, then check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All".
    3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".
    4. Now reboot. If you are able to login properly, then you will need to reenable the services one by one to identify the problematic one.

you can use msconfig (type msconfig in search) to disable all but the essential components then add them back one at a time until you find to one that is conflicting.

Let us know if you need help with that
