Lots of Blue Screens; don't know what to do

I've had multiple blue screens since making my computer. Here are some of the descriptions:

In addition, every once in a while, I get blue screen messages like:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

IRWL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

and etc. Can anyone help? Here are the specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 555BE
BIOSTAR TA785G3
2x2GB DDR3 RAM OCZ PLatinum PC-10666
EVGA 8800GT video card
A bunch of Antec fans
and a 1tb Seagate Hard drive

These crashes were caused by memory corruption. I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes.

I would also update the old driver listed below

Do you have an Internet Security app installed, e.g., NIS, N360, KIS, McAfee, etc...?

The 0xc0000005 exception is indicative of such.

0xc0000005 = memory access violation, i.e., "Access Denied" - most often caused by the presence of a 3rd party firewall in Windows 7 (& Vista) systems.

zigzag3143, how do I update that driver? I'm sorry, I don't really understand what those numbers mean =/

jcgriff2, I don't have any internet security that i'm aware of. I use mozilla firefox, and I have WOT and AdBlock Plus on, but that's about it. No firewalls installed yet

I'm not sure if this is important, but I've been trying to run memtest on my RAM sticks, one at a time. For whatever reason, when I leave just one stick in, the computer will turn on, but nothing will come on my screen. I then power down, restart maybe once or twice before the bios screen is displayed, and then memtest will run. Does that mean my RAM is messed up? So far, it has 2 errors (I'm away from the desktop; I'm on my laptop in class right now"

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

so I found that one of my RAM sticks has 2 errors on it after 5 hours of Memtest. I think that may be one of the reasons I get the Blue Screens. I'm a little confused about the drivers since google hasn't given me any concrete searches on what to do in regards to them. I was thinking of reinstalling Windows 7 this weekend; do you think that will partially fix the issue?

Hi -

Bad RAM would definitely cause BSODs.

If re-installing Windows 7, do so with the one good stick installed only. When purchasing new RAM, buy 2 matching sticks.

I'm not sure there is a need to re-install Windows 7 until new RAM installed; however, installation takes less than 1 hour, so you may want to do so to see if system is stable with just 1 stick.
