Random Restarting

    I experienced another restart just 5 minutes ago... No blue screen!

    I understand you dilemma. But as long as we are unable to look at any bugcheck codes, we are looking into a black box. Review again the settings you have made to prevent an automatic restart - maybe you overlooked something.

    I reviewed the settings, they are as the yare supposed to be. Anyways I didnt even find the DMP file... what could be the problem?

    Could it be a setting in the BIOS not letting the blue screen splash?

    After searhing my System Root, I found this file Dumpata.sys
    Does it help if i upload it for someone to check it out?

    No... but I formatted my PC for like 5 times or so...
    Should I repair in this situation?

    Let's go ahead and do our own tests.

    First test your RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder.. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

    Then test your hard drive: Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.
