Multiple Errors - Running Slow to Trouble Loading

Yesterday (Sunday, April 4th), around 1pm or so, I was playing World of Warcraft and was switching to a different window. It began to run really slow and became unresponsive, so I shut it down. When I tried to start it up, it was running really slow and running into multiple problems. When I tried to log in it eventually came to this:

"The instruction at 0x0000000077011E00 referenced memory at 0x000007FEFB78B00C. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000185."

After a couple hours of trying to get it to work, I came to a similar error:

"The instruction at 0x00000000772B1E00 referenced memory at 0x000007FFFB6CB00C. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000185."

Could something be wrong with the hard drive?

More likely a memory overflow. If it doesnt happen again forget about it

It's still having the same problem. It even takes several minutes (10-15 minutes) getting to Safe Mode.
What should be done if it's a memory overload?

*Older*
I did a memory scan and nothing wrong came up.
I even tried taking out the laptops battery (to really make sure nothing was in the RAM after it was shut down).

I tried restoring it using a restore point, but it says it doesn't have one. I know it does since I had to restore my computer a few months ago.

So apparently something is wrong with the HDD. I ran one of the hard drive test tools off the BIOS and it says that I need to replace my HDD 1. Sadly Spinrite isn't helping me very much.
I may just have to reinstall the whole OS again.

*New*
A few days ago I ran another system tool and found out that my HDD needed replaced.
Luckily a roomate got me Spinrite and I was able to fix my HDD. Problem solved.
