    Random BSOD (Win7 x64)

    Hi,

I've had several BSOD's and a hard freeze during the past hours. I must add
that I'm really beginning to hate my pc...every three weeks or so I get BSOD's, often for no apparent reason. I don't do anything illegal with my pc and there are no advanced graphical programs installed.

Is it possible that I have a very unstable mobo/RAM (although memtest gives a clean report) and that I should ask that these parts be replaced?

    Thanks for your time

It looks as if your graphics driver needs updating. Try looking for a new version either in Device Manager, or look at the manufacturer's site.

pc has been stable for a day now, although it hadn't crashed even before updating the graphics driver

it's just a very unstable machine *sigh*

thanks for your analysis of the dumpfile...I'm going to download "WhoCrashed" so that I don't have to bother you guys all the time

WhoCrashed is not as accurate as a human to interpret Windbg's output. Don't worry about bugging us; that's what we're here for.
