    Windows 7 64 random crashes

Hello, i recently built my first computer and everything seemed to be working until i got a crash. ive subsequently encountered a few more of these crashes at seemingly random times. ive played graphics intensive games for hours and then have a crash on the desktop afterwards.
i believe its probably a driver or program issue, not hardware, but i could be wrong. all parts are brand new.
ive ran memtest with no errors. have latest 10.1 ati drivers.
    im using avast antivirus
ive attached my minidumps, any help would be greatly appreciated!

ok if its definitely hardware i have to suspect my gpu first. like i said i ran memtest so i dont think its that. the 5770 def has issues with win 7 64 and i do get the vertical bars freeze. also though it does run games fine.
do all my drivers look up to date?
heres a tidbit: prior to installing my ati drivers, i was connected by hdmi to my monitor and everything was fine. after installing the ati driver, hdmi was all messed up so im connected through dvi and it works. but the hdmi works on another monitor i tested. so im not sure if its the card or the monitor.
    thanks for the replies
