Please help! Receiving Windows 7 BlueScreen error
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem I'm having with my Gateway SX2802 system that I just recently purchased. Ever since I hooked my system up I've been getting BlueScreen errors and the Gateway technical support are of no help. After an extended period of use, movements with my mouse will become very laggy and I also noticed that the sound will become distorted. My system will then automatically restart and I receive the following error information:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 4105
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 124

BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7600

Product: 768_1
My system information is as follows:
Manufacturer: Gateway
Model: SX2802
Processor: Intel(R) Core2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50 GHz
Installed memory: 6.00 GB
I'm also using the Intel onboard display and sound
I've also attached the minidump file for review. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
John
