You will need to burn memtest86 to a CD, then boot your computer from the CD..

I don't think so, you need to boot from it.

You can try the Windows Memory Diagnostic instead of Memtest. It's not the preferred program, but I guess it's better than nothing.

If i run it about 5 times or whatever, what do i do next?

Update the card drivers first, then check for memory errors.

Well i tried the memory diagnosis before but when its almost done my computer overheated lol!

That might explain some problems. Open up your case, and vacuum the dust out. For the time being, leave the case open, and you may even want to blow a fan inside.
