Help-Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

Hi, I bought a new toshiba satellite laptop and a blue screen shutdown and restart has occured 3 times..last time when I was playing a game. I'm so worried that it might be something wrong with the laptop (but it's new). So what could be the problem ??

I have the minidump file folder and I attached it to anyone who can offer any kind of help or advice to get rid of this problem...

HELP as soon as possible will be very much appreciated. Thanks

There's only one memory dump in the folder - is that all that's in the folder on your computer?
If there are more, please upload them with your next post.

The lone dump file blames: xusb21.sys - a component of your XBox USB wireless controller

I would suggest uninstalling the program related to this component and see if that stops the BSOD's

    Summary of the BSOD:
    Code:
    Built by: 7600.16385.amd64fre.win7_rtm.090713-1255
    Debug session time: Wed Apr 7 09:52:23.370 2010 (GMT-4)
    System Uptime: 0 days 1:14:23.915
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for xusb21.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for xusb21.sys

    Probably caused by : xusb21.sys ( xusb21+2a03 )

Thank you very much for your reply. Too much relief.

Unfortunately, there is only one file inside the folder

Could be there any other problem with the laptop itself and it's not showing the respective file in the minidump folder?

It blames the same driver file as the previous memory dump - xusb21.sys

Please uninstall the program related to this device.
If you've already uninstalled it, then you'll have to go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename the xusb21.sys file to xsb21.BAK
