    Possible solution, but not sure

Well the Plug and Play OS did not help. Just to make sure I have let my PC run for almost 2 weeks with the sleep option disabled. Not a single BSOD.

There is a brand new BIOS update available.... not sure if I'm willing to do it because I don't know if this mobo can roll back a BIOS update. It might just cause more problems and I think I might just forget the option for the PC to sleep. That is the only issue I've had on this system.

    Final resolution

By the way, I just went from the onboard card and put in an ATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB.... works like a dream now. No problems whatsoever. Newegg.com link: Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100296HDMI Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Seems like the onboard card didn't like Windows 7... unless there was just something wrong with it in the first place.
