    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
    use .trap on that value
    Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 00000000, EXCEPTION_DIVIDED_BY_ZERO
    Arg2: 00000000
    Arg3: 00000000
    Arg4: 00000000

    Hello Welcome to SF !!

Looks like an issue with your Display driver & Direct X Driver. You might consider removing it and reinstalling it. Also we need the Dump file in order to do a complete analysis https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

    Hope this helps,

    Hello,

I guess the Main issue is with your Display drivers. Download a fresh copy from ATI's website then disconnected from Internet and uninstall then exisiting Display drivers completely and reboot and reinstall the driver. Please don't use Windows Update. Also your Panda Virus Protection is also messing things up uninstall it completetly. Use this Tool to remove it Panda Uninstall Tool | CRYSTALIDEA Software then you could install Microsoft security Essientials.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

    Update the Following Drivers

    Code:
    ShlDrv51.sys Tue Mar 04 19:25:33 2008
    fnetmon.SYS Thu Mar 27 23:32:59 2008
    COMFiltr.sys Thu Jun 07 13:13:46 2007
    av5flt.sys Fri Oct 03 16:48:17 2008
    Hope this helps,

All the suggestions That Capt Jack said should be done, but in addition with this many different causes I have to think hardware. The most frequent bugcheck has these as the usual causes.
Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

I would add downloading memtestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes

Let us know if you need help
