By glancing over your installed drivers, and given the fact its a memory management error, I particularly do not like this driver because of its name and the fact that Google finds nothing on it. I'd go into C:\Windows\System32\drivers and delete it, then reboot:
    Code:
    a0qwdy5y.SYS
You could try updating this driver to latest too, from your motherboard manufacturer's website:

    Code:
    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Thu Aug 12 22:52:52 2004

After doing YakSipper step i would also recommend to download Malewarebytes and run a complete scan. Lets makes sure it comes clean. Since the drvier is unknown it might be a possible infection.

    Hope this helps,

I scanned it via malewarebytes and no infected files found, so i guess i have no trojans, also i use microsoft security essentials. and still no virus found, well i guess i remove this sys file, hope it won't corrupt my windows 7

That 2004 ASACPI is still on the machine and a known problem causer. Install the latest utility in the downloads/utility section on you motherboard's website and that should at least fix that problem.

Driver verifier is a great step forward too.
