I see. I am currently running just like was, only with uTorrent out, since a good bud pinpointed me that uTorrent delivered him the same bsod. Could it be maybe that it actually starts acting crazy when caching files on the hard drive? I will have to see how Photoshop acts on this.

Thank you very much for your time, and sorry if I'm annoying

For removing AVG, I recommend the AVG Remover.

I support this advice. It is wiser to use the appropriate Anti Virus uninstall tool to remove AVG from your system.
Reboot your computer on completion.

hey guys. I'm so sitting with this forum, you're wonderful, but I have to say that my system has a 7 hour and 30 minutes uptime already. No crash, no problem, but then again, no uTorrent either.
Photoshop was / is used intensive (resized and played with 250MP images, multi-layers), while multiple tabs in Safari. AVG running, Messenger also.

You are doing far better in English, than I would speaking & writing in your native language. Well done to you.

dump AVG, as of 8.5 it is bloatware which only serves to reduce the system performance entirely, regardless of capabilities, and AVG crashing due to utorrent isn't anything new.

Its causing some abnormal cache and memory thrashing for some reason when scanning data that changes within memory.

Quote:
Bad RAM can crash at any moment, for no apparent reason. Right now, I am suffering from memory errors. I only get them when the last 2GB are being used, when I am running my virtual machines. Funny thing is, though, that even loaded to the max, it doesn't always crash.
the annoying thing with that is its impossible to tell which stick is the culprit these days as the channel controllers intermix the ram addresses unlike with single channel controllers where the modules addresses accumulate.
