When you reinstalled Windows, did it put a Windows.old folder next to the Windows folder?

You will need to temporarily set your folder to "Show Hidden Files and Folders", then open Windows.old and copy the Google Chrome profile from your old user files to your new user files. Firefox keeps theirs in AppData, Roaming, Mozilla, so you will have to find out where Google saves the profile.

    Cheers!
