Stuck with BOSD

I have been able to solve BSOD problems before but im totally stuck with this one.
Crashes happen on the desktop, during games, movies and seconds after boot up or sometimes hours later. Crashes are not always blue screens. In games they can be black screens with a few lines or stall and audio loop. One crash gave me 'IRQL notless or equal to' followed by a check sum error in the bios start up. I disabled quick boot after then in order to get the system to boot again and it seems to have helped the stability. This this is new I built it about a week ago. Im including my minidump. I would be grateful for any help.

MSI 790FX GD70

All stock speeds.

All these crashes were caused by memory corruption.

I would download memtestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes.

Let us know the results.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002d1fe89, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880009a99d8, Exception Record Address

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

I guess lot of issues are going on. It's referencing to some of the Core Windows files. Please follow the steps mentioned.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW
"EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 - The instruction at "0x%08lx" referenced memory at "0x%08lx". The memory could not be "%s"."

This bugcheck is refering to some Antivirus / Firewall that has caused the crash. I would recommend to uninstall it completetly and download the Removal Tool for that particular program and run it.

Code:

I think I might be inclined to try it with just one card "single gpu" and see if the problem persists. You should also set your memory timing and voltages manually making sure they are set to specs for GSkill.

So first to start I should have stated that I had run a memtestx86+ for 3 hours and It completed several full set of tests 1-9. The results were normal.

I ran the HD test on my WD black 1TB using the Hitachi scan after burning the .iso and the results were normal with zero problems. The WD scan did not work due to a license error so I used the Hitachi as recommended.

Windows resource protection did not find any integrity variations.

Next I will raise the clock the memory to 1666 and the timing and voltage are correct. And run memtestx86+ again.

As for the crossfire, I will remove the 4890 second slot card, however I am starting to think that the ATI CCC might be the problem. I can now recall several times crashing after using the CCC.

Got any other Ideas in the mean time, I will try anything the advice has been great.

I uninstalled Avast and replaced it with nod32 thanks for the reminder I guess I skipped that by mistake. I am going to wait here and see what happens and then continue if I am still crashing. But the good news is that I havent had a crash since I made this post. I am going to run 4X prime95 soon.
