Please help me decipher attached minidump

Hi started getting BSOD yesterday. I did some research abbout minidumps and downloaded debugging tools and have attached the result.

However I have read through it and the only part that makes any sense to me is the line that states (probably caused by hardware)

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone, I am having so much trouble with this PC. I dont understand whats causing the BSOD. I have reformatted and went to 64 bit and its still having the same problems. I have updated my video card, I removed AVG. :cry: Any help is greatly appreciated.
