    Random freezes, ideas please?

Hey, I'm Albert, new to this forums and I badly need your help!

First of all, this is a new comp what I'm talking about, just brought like a week ago.
    -Windows 7 2.6.1.7600 ()
    -MSI P43T-C51
    -Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz
-1x Kingmax 2048 @ 1066Mhz (missing the other one atm, because it was not working and I have to wait for the new one to arrive)
    -NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

So, I've had some trouble with installing Win7 then I realized one memory is not working properly and was causing BSoD's and freezes during Windows setup. I removed it, completed the installation and updated every drivers.
And then I got random BSoD's again. After analyzing dump files I've found out (and with a help of Google, it could be casued by Windows Live). It was the problem. Removed it, no BSoD's at all.

Now the next problem I'm facing is random freezes while I'm playing RA3 or WoW. When my machine freezes weird sounds are coming out from the speakers. It's not looping the last sound before the freeze, it's more like when you are playing a corrupt wave file, or something like that.

I've ran Memtest and Windows7 memory test already, updated everything (video card, chipset, sound driver) I even flashed the BIOS, but I still experience the problem. Sys is not overclocked.

    Any ideas?

Can you go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search) look for criticqal errors in the windows log>application tab. Critical errors have red in the left column,

You are looking for app hang, app crash, etc. when you find them not the event ID and source codes of the problem

Let us know if you need help

    Nothing

Today I've tried Win XP 64 if it's the problem, but it still freezes.

Don't know why, but I didn't pay attention until this day morning. My pc beeps two shorts at the beginning, which is parity circuit error... here comes the new motherboard
