    bluescreen Windows 7

    hi.
i'm new and italian, so sorry in advance for everything.

i keep having blue screens on my new notebook (system specs in my profile), and it seems they're linked with connecting to the internet and opening the browser.
initially this happened only when connecting WiFi to my university's net and logging in: a couple of seconds and BSOD (everytime, 100%). with the lan cable it worked great.

then the wifi board completely stopped to work (did not find the wifi connections, even if there were a lot in the area), and the only way to find a connection was to uninstall and reinstall the driver everytime.
this trick stopped to work too (anyway it was a useless trick, since when i logged in... BSOD).

in the past two days i experienced BSODs when connected with the lan cable too: i was using youtube on firefox (don't know if this happens with IE9).

memtest found no errors (i run it until a bit more than 100%, maybe i should let it run more?), and bluescreenview seems to identify a problem with ntsokrnl.exe.
i tried everything an average user could: system recovery, reinstalling and updating drivers (including BIOS, that was already at the last version), looking for solutions on forums... i hope you could help me, i prefere to avoid calling the assistance even if the product is new and in warranty.

(in attachment you can find the dump files)

    EDIT:
forgot to mention my pc had a problem with "teredo pseudo tunnelling interface": i uninstalled the driver and i wasn't able to reinstall it anymore (not even by a system recovery).
also, i'm using AVG, and my OS is Windows7 premium 64bit.
if you need further info ask me.

    EDIT2:
reading the forum i'm trying some fixes you suggested to other users and... after uninstalling ZoneAlarm my WiFi board is now able to find connections. i don't know if the BSOD problem is solved too, 'cause it's random. i'll try tomorrow at the university.
now the problem is i don't have a firewall.

    THANKS in advance.
    Gabriele Cannilla.

    Welcome to SF!

It looks as if ZoneAlarm is causing the issue. From what I can guess, you had ZoneAlarm at one point, then uninstalled it and installed AVG instead.

I suggest removing both AVG and ZoneAlarm using Programs and Features. Then use their removal tools to clean out the rest. AV Uninstallers

Id the BSODs persist, please upload the new files.

    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fb40001dc0, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc00000a3, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 00000000b6fc5884, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff680003b8008, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

thanks for the very fast and exaustive reply. :)
i recently bought this notebook, and i installed both AVG and ZoneAlarm to keep it safe from viruses/malware as i used to do with all my older PCs.
i've uninstalled them yesterday and i've cleaned all up with the program you suggested (i think they worked, and i've also cleaned the registry with CCleaner).
now i've installed Comodo Internet Security, do you reccomend it?

as a little update, uninstalling ZA and AVG doesn't make the WiFi board work great, it just restores the "trick" of uninstalling and reinstalling the driver to be albe to find connections. some result, though.
i'm now going to university, more updates about bluescreens this evening (it's 10:20 am here).
(i'm also going to update the BIOS that asus recently released to fix other problems i have when rebooting, do you reccomend me to do this after solving the bluescreen problem?)

    THANKS AGAIN.
    Gabriele Cannilla.

Uninstall Comodo for the time being. I recommend running without an anti-virus (be careful!), but if you really want one, install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Now where are you getting your driver? Try downloading the latest version from the manufacturer's site.

uninstalling ZA and AVG solved the bluescreen problem (THANKS!), and it works fine even with comodo running.
now the only problem is that i always have to reinstall the WiFi driver to find connections (after each shutdown/reboot/ibernation), but it's a minor bug, so i'm very happy to say that you found the solution to the most important part.

now, to the drivers: after installing all those uploaded on the manufacturer's website (a few days after i purchased the PC), i started to get my drivers from "DriverMax", a program that finds the latest driver for every hardware.
i did this because ASUS doesn't update the downloads for my product very often.
if you think this is a bad idea tell me, and i'll quit (i suspect this is not reccomended).

i would like to thank you again. :)

I'm glad to see the BSODs have stopped. :)

I believe the network issue is unrelated. I suspect it is a driver issue, so try whatever drivers you can find. The latest one might not necessarily be the best. Play around with different drivers until you find one that works for you.
