You obviously didnt take Jonathan_kings advice for the virtual device is still loaded and at least partially causing the BSOD. YOu need to remove daemon tools, or alcohol whichever it is.
then there is the atheros wireless driver. It need to be re-installed with the newest driver avail.

I tried removing everything with the word virtual in it in the programs and features tab. what does the atheros wireless driver work with(ie intel)
Sorry, I guess I don't understand your last post. You have an Atheros wireless adapter, whose drivers need to be updated, and uninstalled and replaced with a fresh copy.
What is your computer model number? Go to acer.com and input the model here: Service & Support
As for the virtualization programs, could you please post a sceenshot of your Programs and Features window?
