    BSOD, any help appreciated

I'm getting random BSOD's. Not sure how to troubleshoot them. I haven't changed anything that I can remember, I've been trying to hunt this problem down since I built this system. The RAM was thought to be the culprit, RMA'ed it, got it back, same thing with the motherboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated in pointing me in the right direction. I've got a few dump files, if these are not the right ones please let me know. Thanks.

Status System Process Terminated (stop code 0Xc000021A) This error indicates a problem with either Winlogon.exe or the Client Server Runtime Subsystem (CSRSS). It can also be caused if a user with administrator privileges has modified the permissions of certain system files such that Windows cannot read them. In order to fix the problem, you'll have to install a second copy of Windows XP, and then repairing the file permissions from there.
I would say your have to reformat the PC, may be a corrupt install.

Reinstalled Windows 7, still getting crashes. Sometimes it'll show a BSOD, most others the computer just restarts. Now it's doing it everytime I try to play BF Bad Company 2. The game starts fine, I get in game, then bam, freezes with an annoying sound and the computer restarts. I'm near my wits end with this computer, it's driving me nuts. Dump file attached, I couldn't find the other file in AppData. Thanks again.
