How and where do I download/run memtest?

I am running windows 7 64-bit version. If anyone could provide a link and/or instructions as to where I can download it, and how I can run it that would be great. Thanks, everyone.

Sorry for the basic question: When people suggest doing 5 passes in memtest, what exactly is 5 passes? Does that mean running memtest 5 times, each time until the pass figure reaches 100%?
