Help with Bluescreen please.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: a
BCP1: FFFFFA80498B2F4E
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF80002A877C4

Having this problem. I tried to search how to fix it and I keep getting the ''uninstall drivers because 1 is missing ect ect'' Found one that had an exclamation mark in the other devices -->unknown device.

I uninstall it restart to try and install it but its unknown and I have no idea what it is.
Thinking it may be something about audio perhaps? since my audio isn't working atm after trying to fix the problem for the 12th time since yesterday so idk.

Also I ran Avast, adware scans and even made a system restore which now thinking about it won't do anything.

So I don't have an idea what to do anymore can someone help please?

Your problem is that you are running both AVG and Avast. Uninstall them both, and run their respective uninstallers.

AV Uninstallers

Then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL (c5)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is
caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. Run the driver
verifier against any new (or suspect) drivers, and if that doesn't turn up
the culprit, then use gflags to enable special pool.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff80062c531d8, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff80002bf78ed, address which referenced memory

DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL (c5)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is
caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. Run the driver
verifier against any new (or suspect) drivers, and if that doesn't turn up
the culprit, then use gflags to enable special pool.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff80062c531d8, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
Arg4: fffff80002bf78ed, address which referenced memory

For anyone else reading this, the zip files he attached above are actually dmp files. Just rename the extension.

Ok going to do that but isn't just uninstalling one of them for instance AVG just the same? I'm uninstalling 2 AV to install another one? whats the main problem here?

AVG is known to cause BSODs, and the dmp points to Avira as the culprit.

Together, who knows what problems you may have. If you want to find the culprit, you can do some playing around, but if you want to resolve the problem as soon as possible, uninstall them both, and install MSE instead.
