Black screen on startup (Not the usual one)

I was copying a file. Suddenly power gone off and my UPS was not charged enough, so system turned off before I could shutdown. There are two accounts on my Windows 7. An administrator and a standard user. Mine is administrator. After restarting, when I click my user, what I am seeing is a black screen and a popup comes and says "explorer.exe stopped working". I opend Task manager by Ctrl+Alt+Del and ran a new task. I tried explorer.exe and cmd from there then the task manager crashes. So I went into my other account and there is no problem there. I deleted the entire folder I was copying and restarted. No use. Please help... I tried entering into Recovery mode and created a user from that cmd. net user vinod /add net localgroup administrators vinod /add This operations goes success and this user is not in the login screen after. What to do? (I have a linux OS, so I found that the file copy was not completed. In Linux file manager, the file is not there, but in linux command prompt(terminal) the file is there and I can't delete it. Says I/O error or something.) Forgot to mention: I tried Safe mode also and the same is happening
