One of these crashes points to your avgcsrvx.exe (part of your avg antivirus). While not definative I would remove it and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place.

I would also run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

Let us know if you need help

Hi -

The bugchecks -

0x50 = invalid memory referenced
0x24 = NTFS file system = HDD

Update these drivers - too old for Windows 7 -
Code:
AsIO.sys             Mon Dec 17 04:10:20 2007 (47663CFC) - Asus "Cool & Quiet" probe
BTNetFilter.sys      Wed Nov 22 00:38:35 2006 (4563E25B) -  BlueSoleil Bluetooth
Asus driver updates --> ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

BlueSoleil --> BlueSoleil - Bluetooth software, Bluetooth driver

Run chkdsk /r on HDD due to 0x24

*** Remove Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120, whichever is installed. A driver common to both is known to cause BSODs.

See if both RAM sticks work together after the above completed.

EDIT:

Apologies, Ken.... I was writing post and did not see yours until after submission.
