BSOD on Safe mode - No load on Regular boot

This is baffling me to no end. I can boot up fine in safe mode, and with networking. But I still manage to get a BSOD not too long into the session. I managed to capture a video of it and in the Technical information of the blue screen it said "STOP: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X81CB6169, 0X807F09BC, 0X807F05AO)", not sure if that's of any use... I've also uploaded the minidump file if you can use that information.

The other issue is the OS doesn't load at all in normal boot. It'll show the windows logo animation screen, then go black, and do nothing until I hit the power button. These problems started arising not long after I installed W7 onto the computer (acer aspire, amd athlon 3800+ CPU, installed a dedicated nvidia 9700 gt card overtop of the dedicated one (the problem was there still before that), 1.5 gig of ram).

If anyone could please help me with this it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Try this:

    Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

    System Repair Disc - Create
    System Recovery Options
    Repair Install
