    Random BSOD

This all started a few days ago. I got home from school, turned on my computer, and was posting on a forum when I got the BSOD. Of course I freaked out. Then it automatically restarted, and I decided to see if it would work after that. Well soon after I got another BSOD, and it restarted. After the third, I chose the option to boot in Safe Mode. Then I saved the minidump files, and completely shut down the computer. It worked fine after that. I was waiting to get an account on another forum to post the files and ask someone to help me, but I never got the activation email.

Now today, I turned on the computer and it seemed fine. I left the room for a moment and when I came back there was another BSOD. I then booted in safe mode, and I decided this time to back up some of my files onto another HDD, just in case it was a bad HDD (as a friend of mine told me). I shut down the computer, and now I'm here typing this and praying that I don't get another BSOD until I post the minidump files from all 4 BSOD's. So please, any help would be appreciated. I have no idea what's going on and I'm usually good with computers. Thanks.

These 4 crashes have different causes. One mfefirek.sys (part of macaffee), one references a virtual machine memory. One thing I can say for sure is there are old drivers that can cause them and need to be updated

I would update the old drivers
    uninstall Macaffee to test
run a system file check (type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>
    sfc /scannow

    Run an antivirus scan

Let us know if you need help

Thanks a lot. I wonder how three simultaneous BSOD's could have different causes, that's really weird.

I haven't updated the drivers yet or uninstalled McAffee because I wanted to go to bed. Then I started the system file check, and it says that it will take some time. So much for me going to bed. I'll post the results here once it's done. Again, thanks a lot for the help.

It says "Windows Resource Protection did not find integrity violations." I guess that means that there's nothing wrong with that. Do the mindump files specifically say which drivers I need to update? I don't want to unnecessarily change anything that I don't have to. I see the old drivers you listed, but can you identify what those drivers are for?

As for McAfee, our subscription ran out about a week ago, and my dad purchased an entirely new disc rather than simply renewing our subscription. I uninstalled the old McAfee, and installed the new one. So does this mean that the new McAfee is causing some of the problems?
