Under the circumstances, I'd flash to any newer firmware.
Are you Overclocked? If so set bios defaults until you find the solution.

No OC, BIOS is default other than shutdown temp in case of overheating
I will try the beta bios
Ok it now has the F3D Beta BIOS

It BSOD within minutes of startup today
new minidmps attached and screenshots of temps@idle and again with P95s large FFTs (for max heat and power consumption)

any other ideas? did the new minidmps show anything different than the ones in my first post?
I found that the DRAM voltage was set by default below manufacturers recommended voltage of 1.55 to 1.75v............... it was set to 1.50 and is now set to 1.56
However I am still getting BSODs, two new ones are attached.
yes i ran memtest a few days ago.... shut it down when it was working on 7th pass with no errors
I'll try moving the memory to the other pair of slots

Another new minidmp , i was using IE 64 bit this time thinking maybe firefox could be the problem
