    Crashes happening after Win7 upgrade

Hi. Lately after installing the Windows 7 upgrade, my computer applications and websites that require flash have been crashing. Even sometimes with Windows Explorer. It never did this with Vista.

Example: Today I go and look up something on YouTube. I tried watching the video, but nothing would happen. Then all of a sudden, my browser froze, (Not Responding). So I had to exit out.

This always happens. And it's becoming REALLY annoying. I can't even watch videos. ANd all my programs keep crashing :/

    Specs: HP dv4-1465dx

    4GB RAM
    Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Dual Core 2.1 GHz Processor T6500 (Intel)
    Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD

I would greatly appreciate help :)
