Error code 0033 when computer starts

I had posted a couple of months ago having problems with my Nvidia GeForce 9800GT and how it has randomly stopped working. It seems like I resolved that error at the time.

Now when I turn on my computer, I get an error code 0033 that pops up on the bottom right corner of the screen. The weird thing is it was working fine just before it happened. I turned it on and I was using it with no problems, then I turned it off before going to work. I decided that I needed to email a project before I left, so I turned it back on and I get this error code.

I'm thinking it's a hardware problem because I don't even get to the BIOS. I haven't had the chance to test out any ideas since I had to leave for work, so I'm not sure if it's a video card or BIOS or HDD problem.

If anyone knows what this error code means, or how to fix it, please let me know.

    Thanks!

Take a look at this site, it should have some good information on it!
