    What's happening is windows is trying to access memory that it is not allowed to access. This is typically done at the software level and is not contingent of the operating system.

    So I can understand what may be happening up to the event windows crashes, what are you doing or what programs are you running when this occurs?

    Thanks!

    It seems your video card drivers are the cause. I suggest updating them if you can find an update. If not, uninstall them, and install a fresh copy.

    @jelyman
    Well it happens mostly after I exit a game... I have YM and EVGA Precision Running in the background... I only use EVGA Precision so that I could be aware of the temps and framerate I'm having while playing...

    @Jonathan_King
    I just recently updated my drivers... used Driver sweeper also to erase past entries/files of the previous drivers... I'll try to reinstall my drivers again and see what happens...

    Reinstalling the graphics drivers seems to do the trick :) and I made sure to erase every trace of the previous driver with driver sweeper... thanks for the help :)
